We are a Talent Acquisition and Contract Staffing firm specializing in placing Information Technology professionals in Emerging Technologies such as Big Data, Analytics and Cloud Architecture.  We began our business in 2005 focusing on Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing and Enterprise Architecture/Process Modeling and still service those areas today.   

What We Do

Business Architects, LLC has a well-defined process for screening and selecting candidates using our previous management consulting expertise to discuss  business models, structure problems, analyze data, develop processes, establish enterprise architectures, and implement technologies.   

We do more than interview our candidates – we use our event based consulting methodology to understand how they solve problems and deliver results.  This allows us to screen them, get to know them and select the best match.

Because of our consulting heritage we can also coach them (after the fact) to effectively blend into their role.  As many of our clients say, “when Business Architects presents candidates, they are Hire-Ready!”
